All orders are subject to product availability. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery time can vary and is to be used as a guide only and a subject to the acceptance and approval of your order we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person and any country. Get Free Shipping on all orders and free returns. It takes 3 days for the delivery within Nigeria, 4-5 days to any country in Europe and 10-20 days to other countries. All orders are shipped for free, additional charges as import duty and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We are under a legal duty to supply you with high quality products and ensure their reliability and durability. We also understand that sometimes people change their mind after making a purchase and may wish to return or exchange an item.

We are unable to process any return, repair or exchange without:

• your name, address and contact details;
• proof of purchase or order number; and
• Inspecting the item first.

If you want to exchange or return the item, you must do so within 14 days of purchase, it must be in perfect condition and in undamaged original packaging.

We cannot accept exchange or return of any item which has been repaired or altered by a third party or customised in any other way.

We reserve the right to deny a returned item should it no longer appear saleable or meet our return standards. To return your product you should courier your product to 146 Okota road, Isolo. Lagos. You will be solely responsible for the shipping charges of your product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with a confirmation of receiving your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days after the confirmation.
